From day dot, they've been amazing. Was very impressed when my first inspection came around and the Principal came up from Niddrie to Ballarat as well and they took photos of everything. It was a brand new home and there were bits and pieces that needed rectification (nothing was a problem).

Best around by a mile. Priscilla turned my tenant nightmare into a success story. I had an awful tenant placed by another agency who completely trashed my property. The previous agent offered little support, the entry report was poorly done, and the whole situation was an absolute mess. They got the sack! Priscilla stepped in and completely turned things around. She took the matter all the way through VCAT and then the Magistrates’ Court, winning the case in full. Her professionalism, persistence, and dedication were outstanding throughout the entire process. I can’t recommend her highly enough — she is very fare, genuinely cares, fights for her clients, and will not let you down.
