Honest, reliable & professional. - From giving an accurate rental valuation for the house through her local expertise to - Helping manage previous tenants that were moving out before lease ended (Priscilla didn’t need to as wasn’t part of the contract so this was a wonderful gesture to reduce my workload) - Organising tradesman to get the house back in good condition (cleaner, gardener & handyman) to - Managing the inspection process & leasing the house to suitable tenants. All was done in a timely manner & there was adequate communication at each stage. The fee they charge for managing the rental is so worth it. I don’t have to worry about the rent being paid on time/cleanliness of the house/following up on trades ppl for odd jobs/account summaries at tax time etc. Would definitely recommend Priscilla & her team at Maison for managing investment properties in the area.
